Par ailleurs, on a montré qu&#8217;en comparaison avec le soja, la caséine augmente d&#8217;environ 16% la disponibilité métabolique d&#8217;acides aminés soufrés fondamentaux. Orientez votre choix vers des poudres protéinées contenant de la caséine micellaire, caséinate de calcium, de sodium ou de potassium.</p>

Si il est performant dans ce domaine, c&#8217;est parce qu&#8217;il regorge d&#8217;anthocyanidine, une puissante phytosubstance antioxydante qui supprime les radicaux libres et favorise en outre la fonction cérébrale. Au cours d&#8217;une étude qui vient d&#8217;être publiée dans la revue Molecular Nutrition &amp; Food Research, on a testé l&#8217;effet de différents extraits de fruits sur des tissus musculaires endommagés. L&#8217;extraits de bleuet était plus efficace pour réduire les dégats que les autres extraits de fruits. Les muscles étant moins abimés, la récupération musculaire est plus rapide et le potentiel de développement musculaire plus élevé. (Veillez simplement à ne pas  consommer les bleuets en même temps que des produits laitiers, ces derniers empêchent la bonne assimilation des antioxydants des fruits.<span id="more-1483"></span></p>
